Bio: A recent graduate of Film and Cultural Studies from the University of Lancaster, Benjamin has a passion for the 7th art of the moving image, and has an eclectic taste in films, ranging from early silent comedies and the films of Chaplin and Keaton, right through to contemporary contemplative Turkish cinema and the work of Nuri Bilge Ceylan. Also has more than a mere adolescent crush on non-fiction cinema having written his dissertation on this area, and thinks that The Act of Killing is one of the most powerful and politically potent documentaries of the 21st century.
